OutreachCircle was founded in 2015 after one of our founders ran for public office and saw the inefficiencies in our electoral process firsthand. Campaigns, advocacy groups, and membership organizations spend huge amounts of time and money garnering votes and mobilizing supporters with often meager results: ill-informed voters, low awareness of the issue or ballot measure, and worst of all, low voter turnout.
